mtnl broadband is not working

i have a mtnl connection no is 011-27372351..add is A-23, wazirpur ind area, new delhi.. recently i have request for a broadband on this no & on records broadband is installed on this no on 3.08.2010.. but my internet connection is not start till now.. i have complaint about that a lot of time but no my problem is not resolved.. please rectified my proble, as soon as possible...

Rs.30 deducted every month. My mobile no.9868368101. Plz. deactive the service.

Docket no. 117934, Still receiving call after 3 months of registration

I registered for DND in the month of Feb. and I was assured that it will stop after 45 days. But after 3 months now, I am still getting worthless phone calls almost 5-10 calls per day and still nothing has been done. I think my details are available with them. Kindly issue an order to stop all those calls. My DND docket number is 117934

my phone is temporarily out of service due to non payment, but now i had paid all my dues on saturday(2-01-2010, 9:30am) & immediate contact to account officer Mr. Randhir singh on phone no 011233200234 but till now no response from there side, so kindly go through my complaint & take action in favour of me as soon as possible.

broadband : wrong billing

I had submitted my broadband modem set in ok condition on 1st of June 2009 for desconnection of my internet connection (CA No. 2071229881)
Now, in my telephone bill a sum of Rs. 1500/- is charged for modem, reason being 'breakage'. THE MODEM THAT I HAD SUBMITTED WAS IN ABSOLUTE OK CONDITION. I HAVE GOT THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT THAT WAS ISSUED TO ME FROM MTNL AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION.

I have a mobile connection bearing number 9899152502 of Vodafone, Delhi. I have been, in spite of registering my phone on DO NOT DISTURB REGISTRY, receiving unsolicited bulk short messages (SMS) from the following SMS providers:

Tata Teleservices, Andhra Pradesh for their clients: VIMAL STK, CLUB FITW, ICAI, mGinger, FBD ICAI, Timesjob;
