Dear Sir, My Mobile No. is 9818702245 and it is a prepaid connection which I am using for the last more than five years. Today i.e. 2nd Sept. 2010 I have just recd. a SMS on my phone from Airtel that since my documents are incomplete I have to resubmit the same at any of the Airtel Centre.

I purchased Nokia 5233 2months back. It has given me a major problem 15 days back. The incoming and outgoing voice was not audible. I submitted to Nokia care in Nashik. They repaired it and gave it back to me on 30-06-2010. The very next day, same problem occured again.I think the handset is a faulty piece. I want it replaced with a new one from the same shop I purchase it.

My No. is +919831414510, pervs One year i received sms but i **** sent outgoing SMS, i have check all settings, and handsets. this is totally "SMS Switch" problem from your end.
please solve my problem, i can't leave this No.
