Samsung India – C requires replacement of Condenser poor service

I am a senior citizen and the flat on which I stay is purchased by me through the builder M/s A B A Builders at Indirapuram, Distt; Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India and the builder purchased quite a large number (Purchase Order No. 2011-12/2/04) of split AC from Samsung India Electronics which were installed by the builder in various flats. In my flat 6 numbers of Split AC are installed of Samsung make. These ACs were purchased in July 2012, however,constantly posing problems after 1 year onward which was not expected from the company. – Out of the 6 ACs, 1st AC posed trouble in July 2013 (unexpectedly in a year of purchase) with Gas & Capacitor and complained to customer care of Samsung at Noida,UP and they sent their registered repair agent M/S Raj Air Conditioning Co.S-25, Shalimar Garden Extn, Ghaziabad, UP who repaired only on 03/7/2013 and charged Rs 2775/- – This year on 14/4/2014 I had contact your customer care @ 3030828212 for servicing of all 6 numbers AC. On 16/4 a person from M/S Raj Air Conditioner attended and serviced 1 number stating that the complain was only for 1 so only 1 can be attended by him, though I complained for all the 6 nos. I again called your customer care number and asked for servicing of balance 5 ACs. – The 2nd & 3r AC were attended by the same Raj Air Conditioner on 17/4 and servicing was carried out. 2 Bills attached. Mr. Arjun of Raj Airconditioner expressed that balance 3 AC requires gas fill and therefore shall be attended next day. – Next day no body attended for the balance ACs servicing. On 20/4 (after 3 days), Mr. Alam of Raj Airconditioner attended the gas fill and servicing of 2 ACs ( copy of 2 bills attached) and said that 6th AC requires replacement of Condenser and gas fill + servicing and Mr. Alam said will take the machine for replacement of condenser and on repair in one day, a second team will come for gas fill and installation & servicing. Mr. Alam took away the Machine for repair to their workshop. – None turn up on next day and after long chasing everyday to Mr. Alam in particular ( most of the time refused to receive phone) and others of Raj Airconditioner, the machine was delivered after 7 days on 27/4. However, none attended till 29/4 for installation and gas fill+ servicing and finally out of disgust I got the machine installed through a professional on 30/4 as summer is unbearable. I find the product of Samsung is bad and also the service. I find there is no EMAIL-ID of Samsung to inform at appropriate level which is also not as per the business norms.

Either to replace all 6 ACs & actual cost incurred till date OR financial compensation as stated in above column
