I have booked 4 tickets for IPL T20 match on 17th Feb 2010 through intenet from website www.ticketgenie.in.The match was scheduled on 16th March.But I haven’t received my tickets.
I had contacted them many times through email and phone but everytime they made me assure that I will get my tickets atleast 2-3 days before the event.
When I phoned them on 15th March asking for tickets they told me that my tickets is not bookd whereas I have tickets confirmation number and email of that.
That means they had been continuously cheating me by telling lie.
That is why I want to file a compensation case against the company for cheating me,for mental harrasment
done by them to me and wasting my time.
This is a Bangalore based company.
Therefore what should I do?
Plz help me…….
