I have procured a sandisk 4Gb pendrive, The MRP on the pack is Rs: 360/- and the seller raised cash bill for Rs: 380/-, when i questioned him about the additional charge of Rs: 20/- he simply said its his profit.

The requirement of the pendrive was for my kid who had to submit a project report on puranas on 28th Jan 2014 , As i was unable to digest this seller cheating i havent opened the pack and wanted a compensation which resulted in waste of time , Cheated , and my kid was unable to submit her project report

Penalty should be imposed on such kind of sellers who are cheating the consumers in this competitive market or the shop license will have to be cancelled
