Dear Sir,

AVIVA Life Insurance Company has OFFER me a policy (Easy Life Plus Policy) in May’2008 and that time they have not disclosed about the charges to be charged from us. When I get policy document it is noticed that huge charges are applied on me and in policy bond some one else had signed forge signature of mine on Schedule of Charges.

When I filed a complain to AVIVA life insurance they gave us a letter 8-9 month back for swipe of my fund to another policy but till date I have not received any policy document from AVIVA. Inspite of various calls 40-50 calls approximately to AVIVA Life customer care they are not reverting to us.

This is a case of misrepresentation of the fact. I am cheated by the insurance company.

You are requested to look into the matter and do something to bring me out from this painful situation.
