I have purchased a four burner auto ignition last year on 18/7/09 from mat-x 1/1 bn ghosal road, belghoria, kolkata. but somehow on 15/8/10 the glass burst,my mother was in kitchen ,she had a minor injury. Later on the companies mechanic come and told us that inside it some part was loose because of which the glass burst which had happened due to prior service which was done by the co person himself .the co had earlier told us that it is heat proof and unbreakable . but then also it burst. when we informed the co instead of coming immediately to see the damage ,it sent its technician and just told us there is no glass when the supply come we will do it . the co didn’t take it seriously. we have called them umpteenth times, but they gave the same answer matx has held an exhibition cum sale in ice sketing rink in kolkata ,when on Saturday dated 11th sep i went there then co person was told me that glass has come on Sunday we will repair it. on Sunday technician came changed the glass checked it and said that it was loose inside which could only happen during service. now they charged us rs800 for the glass.but the question is why will we pay the co, when the bursting ting happens only in the 13th month and the same time we are in the risk, it could happen again?
