Myself Mrs. Charanjit Kaur, I have gone to ICICI Bank, RS Tower, Hall Bazaar Amritsar on dated 8-01-08 for depositing Rs 25000/- as a Fixed Deposit (FD) SINGLE PREMIUM POLICY, in the form of cheque that I have collected from ICICI Bank, Mumbai. ICICI Bank colleague Mrs.Shruti Mehra, her employee code is 512086 has meet me there. She told me to sign some forms and after that she will do the FD against SINGLE PREMIUM POLICY. Then she gave me forms of ICICI Prudential and signed it from me. In the forms she has written only my name, address and contact numbers and told me that rest form she will fill by herself. And she has taken the cheque from me and converted it into DD. After some time has received the policy papers with policy number 07360897, I was not aware about the papers because I am not well educated so I kept that papers with me. After 1 year in 2009 there was a call from ICICI Prudential to submit the premium of Rs.25000/- for next year, then I asked that I have SINGLE PREMIUM POLICY, but the person told me that it is SUPER PENSION PLAN. And I checked the policy papers, in the papers Mrs. Shruti Mehra has written that I am having a boutique and my monthly income is Rs.1,10,000/-, But I am a housewife and has not having any source of income rather than my husband. Then I came to know that my policy is wrong due to misguidance from Mrs Shruti Mehra. And I contact to ICICI Bank. Mr. Vishal has told me that I can’t talk due to meting. They have not given me any satisfied reply. Then I launched a complain against my policy in customer care of ICICI Prudential in march 2009.when the enquiry was going on then I received call from both the persons Mr. Vishal and Mrs. Shruti Mehra. They both used vulgar language with me and started abusing and said why I have complained against them and they said “DO WHAT YOU WANT; WE WILL NOT CHANGE YOUR POLICY”. When in March 2009 I have checked Statement of Policy, on that my address was wrong but my contact numbers were right that were of Amritsar whether I have not told them to change in my address. This all shows that ICICI Prudential has done wrong with me even I have not received any notice or intimation or any kind of confirmation on phone for changing my address. I am living in Amritsar and in the policy my address is of UP. And I am facing very much harassment from ICICI Prudential. Now I want that please refund my Rs.25000/- with interest or change this policy into SINGLE PREMIUM POLICY. I have already launched a complain on date 12-1-10 to change my policy into SINGLE PREMIUM POLICY and it’s complain number is 16357278. ICICI Bank has is not giving me any reply. Please solve my case and save me from the harassment from ICICI Bank. I am a homemaker due to which no one from the ICICI Prudential is hearing me. Please provide me justice and refund my money as soon as possible.
