My complain is regarding dead landline connection of my company. Despite of lots of complains no action has yet been taken by your department to reconnecting dead landline connection. Due to this it is becoming very difficult for us to contact our clients & Our clients are also not able to contact us via landline. It is affecting our business badly.

Its my sincere request to kindly take action soon.
