My BSNL Land Line Telephone No. 0522-2425838 is dead from 01/08/2013.I have complained lot of time at your Chander Nagar BSNL office Lucknow. They told that it is departmental fault, when it is rectify your Telephone No. 0522-2425838 is automatically function properly. Till date (17/09/2013) my Telephone No. 0522-2425838 is dead. 1. Will the BSNL official make a note of this complaint and act as soon as possible ? My internet, Broadband everything is Dead and i am greatly saddened by the deteriorating quality of service by BSNL under the present communications ministry.
