My father, Mohd Maqbool Malla, purchased a Swift VDI car from the above fraud dealer for Rs 5,50,000. The dealer claimed the car to be his own but after the deal was made the documents of the car were on some others name. My father does not know the Pros and Cons of the car dealings and he took advantage of this. the car dealer promised to clear the finance of the car after we will make the payments but he didn’t do that and took the money from us.
