few days back i received a message i am debited for downloading CRICKET INDIA application, which I had not done so. I was also charged Rs.3/- per day. On constantly calling the customer care number they agreed to lodge an official complaint from their end and at the same time refunded Rs.9/- on 29th Jan. I was also asked to wait till 31st Jan after which the appplication would be discontinued but to my amazement neither the deduction of Rs.3/- has been stopped nor have the customer care staff attended to my complaint due to which I have received an sms again today i.e. 2nd Feb 2012 informing that the application has been renewed again. Since the time I have purchased a cell I have been with Airtel who were working out their services quite well. This sort of cheap technique is now being used which is not worth it. Please do not take your loyal customers for a ride and cheat them at the same time.
