Hello, I’m Abhiehek from hyderabad. i recently bought a Airtel prepaid connection form a retailer shop. I gave the necessary documents there but my connection was canceled i called up Airtel costumer care they told me my verification was not proper and i have to go to and airtel relationship centres.
1) First i visited a store at begumpet Sec_bad at White House Building they wasted 30mins of my time just to say “Come tomorrow because our application was not running” so i left the place.
Then i visited another airtel relationship centres at Paridise because its near to my place.
2) The Costumer Support was so bad at that place, its like i just entered Bsnl ( goverment company office). They never bothered about the costumer When i asked HIM (he was the attending me i dont know him name) that my Airtel prepaid connection has been canceled he said my to call 121 i said call them and they said me to give the documents to the airtel relationship centres. This guy he was sitting in front of a costumer as he was sitting lazily sa a sunday afternoon movie watcher. And he never bothered to answer me for any of my queries. He later gave me a form to be filled for the document submission after i filled the entire form he told me to fill in the full address in a tiny place i said him how can i fill in another category place, He just took the form SQUASHED it in front of me and said me to go to another airtel relationship centres. I was my bad to buy in a Airtel prepaid connection all though i was a VODAFONE user and i had no regards against them they gave me the best service with a best costumer support.
I switched back to VODAFONE now cause it can help me with good costumer support.
It was a INSULT for Airtel India for keep the costumer support desk with non skilled employees.
