With due respect and reverence, I Basharat Rasool S/O Mr Taufail Ahmad R/O Village Gingal, Tehsil Uri, Districr Baramulla want to have your sympathetic consideration on my Grievance for its early Redressal
1. That one months back I purchased a Sim card of Bharti Airtel with Mobile Number 9797852221 and SIM NUMBER 8991 5507 1106 7713 071 after completing the all formalities.
2. That Sim was successfully activated by Airtel authorities after their verification process.
3. That after One month I received a Call from Airtel to not to submit the Photographs to any of their customer outlet.
4. That on 19/12/2011 I received a message from AG-APEF in which it was written that due to incomplete documents my mobile service will be soon barred i.e incoming and outgoing calls were barred from my number.
5. That immediately after receiving the message the incoming and outgoing call facility was ceased from my Moble number 9797852221.
6. As I received the message on 19/12/2011 regarding the incomplete documentation I submitted new CAF on 20/12/2011 to one Mr Javid Ahamd (Mobile Number 9906852587) at the Airtel exchange located at Baramulla.
7. That said official i.e Mr Javid Ahmad after checking and verifying the document said that these will be forwarded immediately and my sim will be reactivated within 48 Hours.
8. That after repeated request to Airtel customer Care The service of my sim was not restored till this time.
9. That Discontinuing the service from my mobile number 9797852221 without giving any sufficient time to submit CAF has caused inconvenience to me.
9. That I have RECHARGED THE SIM and also have activated the Internet Package and other Schemes on my sim but the sim is deactivated from last 5 days and I am on the side of LOSS regarding these services.
Sir I request you to kindly resume/restore the services of my SIM card (Mobile Number 9797852221) and enhance the days of the services to be provided by you under the various schemes for the days on which the service was ceased from my sim.
I Have already lodged a complaint number “PR122400131” in the airtel portal but the issue is still unresolved.
SIR, ONE MORE REQUEST IS THAT MOST OF YOUR AGENTS PROVIDE THE SIM AND ACTIVATE THE SAME WITHOUT THE PROPER VERIFICATION AND AFTER 1 MONTH THE CUSTOMER/SUBSCRIBER RECEIVE THE CALL OR SMS REGARDING INCOMPLETE DOCUMENTATION.THIS IS NOT THE GOOD PRACTICE AND MUST BE STOPED ASAP IN THE VALLEY. MOREOVER THIS PRACTICE CAUSE INCONVENIENCE TO THE CUSTOMER AND THE CUSTOMER LOSSES FAITH ON YOUR COMPANY AS THIS SHOWS THAT YOU CAN GO UPTO ANY EXTENT TO LURE THE CUSTOMER.I AM COMPLAINING REGARDING THIS BECAUSE MOST OF MY FRIENDS WHO HAVE PURCHASED THE NEW SIM CARD OF BHARTI AIRTEL FACES THE SAME PROBLEM WHICH I AM FACING.
HOPE YOU WILL UNDERSTAND THE SENSITIVITY OF THE ISSUE.
