Sub: Complaint against Dewars Garage.
Dear Sir,
I have purchased a Maruti Suzuki True Value car from Dewars Garrage on 1st of Aug 09 vide regn no WB 02Q 3522, certificate no A000207360.
The primary reason for choosing a True Value car was for the one year warranty on electrical, mechanical parts & enjoying free service but to my dismay I was denied of the same due to the ignorance & arrogance shown by the Dewars Garrage service centre.
On 17th Apr 2010, I have availed the free service from Dewars Garrage where in they have checked & found the brake to be functioning perfectly. At that point of time the odometer reading was 33012 km.
Approximately after 2 months on 12th Jun 2010 when I complained of the screeching noise of the brake they cleaned brake & charged me Rs 448/-. I felt cheated by such action from Dewars Garrage.
Please take necessary action against them & make my complaint good by offering me a complete overhauling of the car, as compensation.
