Sub: Complaint against Distributor Nirav Enterprises.

Respected Sir,
I myself Jagdish K. Bhatti owning a mobile shop Mobile Maza. I am a retailer of Airtel running a business in Waliv area in Vasai(E) in Thane District. We are facing a lot of problems from your distributor in Vasai NIRAV ENTERPRISES.

Points regarding Nirav Enterprises:

1. He is not providing a good service.

2. He is not providing a 10 , 20 and small recharge vouchers.

3. He is not sending his salesperson daily to our shop.

4. He is not activating the new numbers and due to which our customers and myself are facing a lot of problems. For Example : Mob. No. : 9096546913 is activated on Saturday, But than too he is not yet collected the activation forms and the necessary documents from me , due to which now the customer is going to suffer the problems.

5. When I called him up he is not giving any response.

6. When I personally visited his office than too he is least bothered of it.

7. When once I called him His wife had received my call, I explained her all the problems but she is also least bothered and she answered, do whatever you want.
According to me I think that he is not capable of running your business. Due to this problem I have started selling your Airtel products. Since 26th October I have sold 31 vodaphone new numbers and running a good vodaphone business and also wishing to do the same with Airtel. Now as you are the senior authority please think of me from my side such as a middle class common man and keep yourself in my place.
Hoping for your best and immediate actions, or else I will go further.
