I would like to bring to your notice that there is a Dubai based Indian company where people are getting hired from North and South India with a salary package of around 2500 AED which is very low for survival in the market. Also, these people are given false statements at the time of interview e.g., free zone visas, lucrative commissions, etc. They basically hire people for banking process but the workplace is the company’s premises and not the bank, simply they run a kind of DSA. My concern is that the CEO of the company himself threatens people by saying that if you do not achieve your target we will do salary hold, salary cuts, no insurance card will be till 1 year, people feel like trapped over here because when a person has to go on emergency leave to their home country the CEO himself will ask 4000 AED for security deposit, and if anybody wants to resign they will threaten by saying that you cannot escape UAE for 2-3 months and that person has to survive here without having any income. Kindly investigate this matter and try to stop such activities as this is against human rights and labour law. Further details about the company will be provided once asked for.
