COMPLAINT AGAINST INSURANCE COMPANYS

TO IRDA,
Sir, NOW A DAYS INSURANCE COMPANIES MAINTAING LIMITED STAFF AND APPOINTING OUTSOURCE STAFF WITH LESS KNOWLEDGEMENT AS A PART OF COST CUTTING DUE TO THIS THEY ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE QUALITY SEVICE TO CUSTOMER, MAINLY THEY ARE MAKING THE ADMINSTRATION STAFF(OPERATION, TRAINING, CUTOMER CARE) TO RESIGNE FROM SERVICE DUE TO THIS CUSTOMER ARE FACING LOT OF PROBLEM AND THEY ARE NOT GETTING QUALITY, MY SUGGESTION IS TO PASS A RULL SO THAT COMPANY SHOULD MAINTAIN MAXMIUM STAFF(COMPANY EMPLOYEES) SO THAT CUSTOMER WILL NOT FACE THE PROBLEM AND GET BETTER SERVICE
