Subject: Complain against non arrival of consignment and subsequent loss incurred by us .
Ref: Your Docket No. 510720291 booked on 03.04.2010 from Dhulagarh Unit with “MOST URGENT DELIVERY INSTRUCTION” with condition to reach at destination within 08.04.2010
This is in reference of above mentioned consignment booked by us , on 03.04.2010, from TCI-XPS Dhulagarh Unit at Howrah, with special instruction to deliver the goods within 8th of April 2010, to the required destination at GOA. As we were assured by their agent that goods will be delivered within 8th of April 2010 ( Receipt consignment Note mentioning the delivery date as 8th of April is with us for evidence), we booked the consignment and accordingly arranged all the relevant transaction with our customers at GOA. After 8th of April 2010 when the goods were not delivered we contacted with their agent as well as their 24 hrs customer care no. but they did nothing except giving us false assurance of delivering the materials within few more hours. Till date our consignment has not been reached at its destination and hence our customer has cancelled the deal with us. We have lost a deal of Rs 22,00,000/- ( Rupees Twenty Two Lakh only) due to the negligence and fraudulent assurance from your concern.
We have made written complain to their consumer grievance desk. But no feed back has been sent.
Under the above circumstances we are hereby lodging a written complain claiming the loss of Rs 22,00,000/- from their end and also request to the forum to take appropriate measure so that such company with fraudulent and irresponsible attitude can be stopped to deal in india.
