I got a call from Airtel Customer Care Phone No:+919845020243(Ravi araydya) on 26/12/2011 around 4:45pm. As i had raised the issue for why did airtel reduced my credit limit( I had been using vodafone for past 2 years and whenever the customer representative called he was so polite and they never reduced my credit limit!!!!!,so for this he answered as per TRAI its been done and then he started issuing orders to me like he said: open your TRAI website and look there…. and so on and the worst part is that he spoke the worst English i have ever heard when some customer representative has called… so please look into the matter and reply me soon… the biggest surprise was that he was saying that he is the manager if Airtel has this type of managers then soon Airtel will be left without any customers!!!!! he was -0% convincing and had a rude attitude…..
