Subject : Complaint against Reliance Store located in Narnaul City for doing fraud with customers
Respected Sir/Madam,
I had recently purchased a Reliance Netconnect+ Modem from an authorised Reliance Store on 12 Nov 2011.The employ over there named Mr. Manoj gave us the basic details regarding the amount of the Modem and the Data Plans available.He showed us the older pamphlet of Reliance Netconnect+.In this way he misguided us and told us that the price of Modem was Rs.1599.But because i had previously visited another Reliance Store located in another place,i knew that the price of the modem had been changed to Rs.1299…so i told him that the price is suppose to be 1299…then he said that the actuall price is 1299 but it requires an FRC of Rs.300……..so overall it would cost Rs1599…so i agreed and purchased the Netconnect for Rs.1599….
After that i called Reliance Customer Care the very next day..they told me that i had been charged extra and i was suppose to pay only Rs.1299 because the price is already changed..and also the FRC is of Rs.100 and not Rs.300…
So i went back to the store again and tried to figure out the reason for this misguidance..but Mr. Manoj refused to listen to what i had to say…
So on 14 Nov 2011 i filed a complaint against that Store and Mr. Manoj for cheating on customers and for misguidance(Complaint No.165771432)…at that very moment the concerned Customer Care person Mr. Sharad also communicated with Mr. Manoj to tell him for refunding my money…but Mr. Manoj was very rude with him as well and didnt talk properly…
After that the concerned team which looks into the issue of complaints called me and Mr. Jay,from Complaint Department had a chat with me..i told him everything…at the same time he made a call to Mr. Manoj…after a while…i was told from Mr.Jay that the case is solved and i should visit the Store once and i would be refunded my amount…
So i went to the store again…but Mr.Manoj again refused to pay any refunds and also refused to accept that he had received any calls from Reliance Compalint Department for refunding my money…
So again on 19 Nov 2011 i made another Complaint(Complaint No.166115587)…against Mr.Monoj…and asked relaince Customer Care to strictly take some action against Mr.Manoj…and if possible, terminate him from his job for his arrogant behaviour towards customers..and refund my money…then again as a solution to the complaint i was told to visit the Store once more and i would get my money…
So again on 25 Nov 2011 i went to the store..and this time Mr.Manoj said- “I am not going to refund any money.Do what you can.I have seen many people like you complain against me.I am least bothered.Get Lost.”
I am really disappointed at what has happened from the time i have purchased this Reliance Netconnect…Reliance Complaint Department didnt do anything against that idiotic person Mr.Manoj…and now i am tired of visiting that Store for refunds and filing complaints….
I am not that interested in getting back my money now…but my much concern is towards the employ of that Reliance Store,Manoj…who is so arrogant and shameless….even reliance customer care department could not do anything…it seems that Mr.Manoj now owns that Reliance Store and no one is going to do any harm to him…
Is this the way customers should be treated..i trusted in Reliance’s name..thats why i purchased it from an authorised store of Reliance…but just because of such kind of employees working in those stores..you loose faith in a company’s name…
It is my request to you to kindly look into this issue and provide us with a quick response..whether anything would be done from your side or not…just like the Customer Compaint Department could do nothing….whether or not i get my money back..but i surely want to see that person Manoj..fired from his job so that he can realise what customers can also do…and he deserves to be terminated for ruining the comapany’s name and prestige…he thinks that i am a fool who is again and again complaining against him to reliance because he knows that nothing is going to be done against him..who is going to come and see what he is doing…just because this Store is located in a place where people are not that well educated, doesnt mean that he can cheat on customers,the way he likes…i want Manoj out of that store…how can reliance appoint such kind of people in their authorised stores…i am providing the necessary information below…the rest is up to you…please atleast do something to teach that person Manoj a lesson…and if possible, get me money refunded…thank you.
