complaint against reliance telecom customer care

i had approached the reliance customer care in belgaum on 15th of nov for termiation of my postpaid number 9343979303. I was told to come on 24th as they said my billing cycle is on 22nd of every month. I was not informed of any more formalities. When i approached the centre this month on 24th i was told that i have to pay my pending dues and also next month’s monthly rental. I asked them for an explaination for the miscommunication that happened earlier. I was rudely informed that the rules of the company have changed and that i have to pay the previous months bill and the next month’s advance rental. When asked to give the new rules in paper or writing, they refused. Finally after a lot of futile efforts in convincing them, i ended up paying the extra amount to terminate my account with a lot of humilation. I request the TRAI to look into the matter and give me justice. Thankyou.
