Complaint against Sony Erricson service center

Hi,

I am an employee of a reputed company in Kolkata, and currently going throuh a deep frustation because of the service center people. Last month due to some reason my mobile display was not working but rest of the things were working fine, so I gave it to Babli center to repair it. They said they will call me after 2 days with the charges applied for the change but they didnt.So I called them after 4 days and they said the charge will be Rs2300, I asked why they said for the change of LCD and s/w upgrade.I paid every thing but when i received the set I found the set is discharged so I asked for a charger then I found that the set is not charging.Then they said your battery has gone so buy a new battery(Rs1300) and returned the old one.On the enginner comments I bought the battery from that shop itself but still my set was not working, now they are saying there are some other problem in that and unnecessary they are charging money.
I am not the only customer but lot of people are frustated from that service center. They are just making customers fool and earning money.As a working guy today I spent 4 hours and what I got, just a dissapointment once again.
Can you please help us out in this regard, so that no one else will suffer in future.
