Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that I have have purchased a brand new TATA NANO Car on Dt. 24.08.2011 from M/s. Rama Motors Pvt. Ltd., Okhla Industrial Area-II, New Delhi, my Car No. is DL 3C BN 1593 after 2 month from purchasing the car I am facing lot of problem with this car the main problem is starting problem. I called every time to your Customer Care, every time they sent Road Side Assistant Service instead of rectifying the main problem, this has been continuing for 1 month. Now my patience has lost its limits.
Three days back I took my car to the Rama Motors, Okhla and ask them to rectify the problem, they asked me to come in the evening, in the evening they gave me my car with assurance that in future it will not trouble, but after 2 days same problem shows. I have complaint may times to your customer care centre but all in vain (Complaint No.1-4359847043 dt.30.11.2011 & 1-14412196659 dt.03.12.2011, 1-14358429551 DT.28.11.2011 & 1-14130204 DT.07.11.2011) I took my car to Rama Motors twice (wide Tax Invoice No.NP1-1112-03498 dt.22.09.2011 & NP1-1112-04831)I dont know why you people are selling this car in the market you people dont have perfect mechanic/engineer. Today morning when I called Rama motors they said send your car to our service centre and we will try to shortout your problem, what is it man, I dont have spare time to go every day to your service centre. I asked them to send some one to pick my car and after rectifying the problem i will come myself and take my car from your service centre, but they said no we dont provide this kind of facility to our customer.
Now I am totally fed-up with this car, I want to return it back to you, I dont want to keep this TIN KA DABBA with me. I request you to return back my whole amount immediately or else I will go to Consumer Forum.

An early action in this regard shall be appreciated.
