Complaint against unilateral deduction of money from pre-paid amount for services which are not asked for, like caller tunes/ MMS/Alert service etc

Offlate it has been noted by me that Airtel, is,
unilaterally deducting of money from pre-paid amount for services which are not asked for, like caller tunes/ MMS/Alert service etc. After deduction, a message is sent that particular amount has been deducted. When the consumer is not asking for this “paid” services, how can the service-provider, just at their wish, do this? This is highly unethical.
