Subject: Complaint regarding non cooperation from JAYPEE GREENS officials.

D/Sir,

This is with reference to unit No. KM30-1103, I received payment demand notice dated 26.06.2010. In the process of obtaining of the loan from the bank, the representative demanded for showing the allotment letter in respect of the above referred unit. In this process I contacted various concerned officials of JAYPEE GREENS namely Madam Anuradha Talwar, Madam Shshi Ji, Mr. Arunesh Ji, Mr. Bhargav Ji and Mr. Chhabra Ji on phone numbers- 0120-4609000, 4609119, 9958883283, 9971361717 and other phone numbers also. Finally on dated 08.07.10 Madam Nivita Ji assured me to send my representative to collect the desired allotment letter in person from her. Accordingly I send Mr. O.N. Chopra along with the authorized letter for handing over the desired allotment letter (copy of Authority letter enclosed). On reaching sector -128 JAYPEE GREENS NOIDA Sh. O.N Chopra was told to come on Monday because the allotment letter is in the possession of Mr. Bhargav and he is out of station till Sunday. Now since today morning till evening I have again tried to contact all the above named officials to help me out in this regard so the necessary demanded money by demand notice could be deposited to JAYPEE GREENS at the earliest possible, but it is regretted to say that all my efforts gone in vain.

In this contest I want to narrate above mentioned difficulties faced while dealing with such a highest reputable organization i.e. JAYPEE GREENS. It is now concluded that the JAYPEE GREENS does not care for the small customer like us and they only take care of the big players of the market. Perhaps it has been forgotten by the company that the owner of this firm (Mr. JAY PRAKASH) was initially a person out of us.

It is not possible to explain all the happenings happened with me through the JAYPEE GREENS officials, I want to explain all the incidents faced during the dealing in person to some higher level officers of JAYPEE GREENS so the culprits who had tortured and harassed me mentally, get punished by removing them from the public dealing post. Hoping the organization shall consider my request sympathycally and do the justice to me.
