I have filed a complaint on 01/12/2013 at 12.15 pm with a complaint no 143 toward breakdown of my car 5426 at Rohini Sec -6 but till date no body has come to repair my car and customer care executive are so professionals to make a fool of customers and they are not even connecting the call to seniors

please refund my membership fees along with repair charges paid to mechanic amount Rs 1000
