Complaint regarding subscription of unwanted Game services by customer care and deducted balance.

I am very disappointed with your service, because without subscribing to Game subscribed by you and money has been deducted from my account on Yesterday Rs.40/- detected from my account.

my question is why you people deducting money without subscribing to the services and this is not the first time its has happened….
previous other incident have also happened like this…

when I call the Customer Care Executive he/she will tell to resolve the problem and disconnect the call in way of talking condition. Again try to reconnect to Customer Care 121 & 198 but no response……..I ONLY HEAR ADVERTISING STUFF UNABLE TO CONNECT TO THE EXECUTIVE……………..
IS THIS WAY YOU RESPOND…..

I WANT MY MONEY BACK TO MY ACCOUNT
