sir,
I had received a counter copy filed by the opposite parties on 16-12-2009 in the district forum for the o.p. 170 of 2006. In that the opposite parties had stated as follows in para 4

Complainant is interfering in the administration of justice for which this hon’ble forum may take such moto contempt proceedings against the complainant.

I here by submits that the complainant had all rights to ask for judgement related to his favour by filing a memo, affidavit, petition etc. Its purely liberty of the complainant and its the discretion of the court to grant or not based on the provisions of law is well known.

hence I want to know that how the opposite parties had given such a statement as mentioned in para 4. I am not insisitng the court to take condempt action against them, i only need a reply, if they are giving like this how i can represent my O.P.. Due to the above threatend
i cannot represent the O.P. Hence i request the registrar to farward this to district forum and to get a reply for the above from the opposite parties at the earliest to proceed further.
