Dear sir,

we got senction letter for city bus permit from dehradun to doiwala route with condition this senction letter is valid till 31 march on the new vehicle when we purchased buses and went to RTA department for permit then RTA issued us city bus permit and wrote on the permit this permit is valid as per high court order. then till 31 march 46 permit issued by RTO. Afterthat in the month of may 2009 RTO issued all bus owner by post a information letter that your permit has cancelled against state transport appellate tribunal uttrakhand dehradun judgment and all permit owner surrender permit to RTO.

So we all 46 permit owner appeal to you please suggest us for above problem.
