sir, iam having tata indica vista tdi for past 4 years from y first service iam facing the problem from service centre concorde motors ambattur,i got suspension problem in 2000km at that time they have replaced one linkrod nd return the vehicle and after 1000km i got the same problem at that time they told me this one is normal in all vehicles after every service iam telling the same problem but they didn’t solve the problem and one time when igo to service centre for engine humming noise at that time they overhaul the fuel pump and put it in my vehicle after that i go to my home town there my vehicle was got breakdown at that time also there is no response from service centre,and then last month again i went to workshop for a/c compressor continuously cutt off ,they checked and told me that ther is no gas in the a/c system i ask them to chek if there is any leak in the cooling system at that time also they refused and charged me ,now i left my vehicle for oil leak,calipernoise and steering vibration complaint while a/c on,at that time they told me that have to replace both link rods ,lower arm ball joint on chargeable basis and it won’t cover under extended warranty ,then i told them to replace the drive shaft oil seal and ask them to do rest of things in under extended warranty but they have refused to do under warranty ,then i went to take delivery my vehicle i noticed the steering vibration complaint not rectified,when i asked them they told this is normal in all vehicles but left my vehicle in workshop and came back,next day when i make a call to them that there is problem in power steering rack and we are try to change under extended warranty , again when i ask about the status of the vehicle they told as per warranty terms and conditions for noise complaint warranty will not cover only if the vehicle break down or steering hard complaint only it will cover ,if any thing happens or steering got locked while driving the vehicle who is responsible for my family and my extended warranty also not registered till now ,when i ask about this they are telling this is our internal problems,iam really worrying for buying this tatavehicle and they are cheated me by getting the money while delivered the vehicle and not registered the extended warranty. regards kr.senthil 9841998380

i want all problems to be rectified in my vehicle by changing new parts like suspension,power steering rack,fuelpump a/c cooling systemsinstead of overhauling parts.
