Dear Sir,
I’m verrryy satisfied customer of Idea cellular since 2003.Now i’m not satisfied in thier service beacouse of facing some net work complaints like cross coneection,connection cut off etc issues.
I’m already inform thier customer care unit and submited written requesting letter in thier shornur road branch,finally agreed to wave off Rs-250/-in my bill.

i did’t get any clarificatin about the same till now and they charged additional Rs-100/-for as late payment fees.
Now my total out standing bill amout is Rs-1389.42/-

I’m ready to pay the total amout excluding the amount of 250+100.

Pls help me to getting more clarification.
