Dear Sir/madam,

I am writing you this complaint because I bought post paid connection phone from Vodafone branch in kotakkal. It was a fancy number; 9745004003 and I paid 1000 Indian rupees for this number. Two months later I went to UK for visit and I called the Vodafone customer care to get the roaming. They said I had to pay 25000 rupees. Then I decided to use it 5 month after I come back to India from the UK. But the connection was disconnected. So I contacted the Vodafone care and I visited many shops. I made many more calls but they are not helpful about this. They also gave this number to another connection without my permission. Sir I have the bill which they sent me. But they are saying that I didn’t pay the bill. So they balanced the bill from the deposit of 1000 rupees. They never sent me that bill which they balanced from the 1000 rupees. Also, I need to get my connection back, what do I have to do in order to get my connection back. I hope you can help me with this matter.
