Your order No. 8 dated 29.11.13 Respect Sir, This is to bring to your kind notice that you had kindly passed the above-mentioned Order in response to my Petition, directing M/S Bengal Tracom to compensate for the harassment and deceit I faced in their hands with regard to the purchase of a refrigerator with UGC grants ( vide enclosed copy of your Order). However, I am sorry to say, M/S Bengal Tracom has dishonoured your Order by neither communicating to me regarding its implementation nor replaced the BEE 3 star rated refrigerator they supplied with a 5 BEE 5 star rated one, as they had originally promised. I, therefore, request you to take necessary steps to see that the Order is implemented/executed without further delay. With regards.
