I bought a policy in 2008 and which is getting expired in 2010 July 24th. Now i get started calls from May 2010 for this policy. I clearly told these guys that I am no more Interested as I bought them for my TAX saving only. Now they keep calling me and bugging me. Now its limit has also reached. They called me twice yesterday (21/07/2010) and once today. Today they where asking me if they are harassing me? Isn’t this harassment or what?

I am looking for suing this company for making such calls.
