i am consumer of broadband service. i had applied for broadband connection . i choose the tariff “H-500 C” but without my knowledge they have registered myself under Rs.250 plan.
Although i have used internet during free hours i.e. between 2:00 Am to 8:00am according to the plan which i choose but the portal shows that i am being charged .

Its the mistake of department for registering wrong plan . please correct the plan for which i have applied.i must not be charged for your authorities negligence.i have a photocopy of the form on which i have applied for connection on which its clearly written H-500 C.

Please look into the matter and do the need full immediately.
