I paid Cosmos Infotech Solutions to 8,250/_(Rs.)in Feb 2014 as a SCWCD(1z0-858) certification fees .It is a Java(Computer language) technology certification exam . This centre gave me the bill receipt and told me,when I will be prepared for this exam ,contact them and they will provide me the exam coupon code and I can appear in the on-line exam .Now I contacted them since last 25 days but neither they are providing me the exam coupon/on-line exam slot NOR refunding my money

I have done my preparation .Either I need my money back with penalty OR valid exam coupon so that I can appear in exam. Need to punish this centre so that centre can’t cheat any more students .
