I have paid the initial amount of Rs 20000 and taken the membership of country club.I then tried getting in touch with country club for a holiday however was not able to contact them for any bookings since their customer care numbers don’t work. i received multiple calls to remind me about my remaining payment and i asked them to have the booking done for my holiday however nothing has been done. Now i receive phone calls regularly and harassed for the remaining amount to pay to country club and everytime i get a promise that i will get my bookings done but nothing happens after that. I had taken the holiday package on the condition that I will go for a holiday in the first year and then pay the remaining amount which did not happen. i am not interested in continuing with country club and want my Rs 20000 back.

I need a refund of my Rs 20000 + Interest for a period of 1.5 years.
