THE LETTER I HAD WRITTEN TO THEIR MANAGING DIRECTOR BUT NO RESPONSE TILL DATE REGARDING THIS. It is with great regret that I am writing this letter to make you conscious of the inconvenience and hardship caused to me due to your deficient services. I purchased a 5 year membership from your company by paying an amount of Rs. 80,000/- through my ICICI bank & Citi bank credit cards. Attached is a copy of the receipt as Annexure I. A few weeks later, I was given a member card whose number was CVPU1BCLUB5LB154728. Your company made numerous promises to me and informed me that I can book my holidays and can avail life time club member ship at any time of the year, but this was not the case. Each time I decided to plan my holidays & tried to utilize my member ship and asked for available dates, I was told that everything was booked, or no vacancies or they would frame some excuse or the other and made a fool out of me. Also i came to know AMC charges which is not informed me at the time of joining(6000 rs per year mandatory). More over your customer executives and reservation team responds very un-mature and irresponsible way, it seems like that there is no seamlessness between Pune and Hydrabad(Head Office) branches. Your Hydrabad team said that if pune team made promises with you than they will provide facility and we will not help you in this matter and on the other side your pune team is saying that please contact with our head office. Whenever I tried to contact your employees to give my refund back, your employees spoke in a very rude manner and even they are not responding my phone calls and mail answers. All the promises made by your company turned out to be false and I am utterly shocked and feel cheated. I wonder how many more people has your company fooled in order to extract money from them. I am tired of repeatedly following with your company and just want my money to be re funded (full amount which I had paid). As a consequence of your deficient service and the repeated incompetency displayed by your employees, I have suffered undue hardship and mental frustration. I would like to emphasize that: • You have been grossly negligent and unprofessional in your approach. • I have undergone a lot of extreme stress and mental agony because of your deficient service. Dear Core team, please help me to sort out this issue i am from middle class family.
I want to refund my money back so that i can use that in efficient manner.
