1.Selling the membership on false promises, which were not documented. 2.Deficiency of services for non-responsiveness on complaints. 3.Providing conflicting information and quoting hotel accommodation above the market prevailing prices. 4.Non-refund of difference of interest after EMI conversion as promised during sale of membership.
