I had sent a courier from Ahmedabad to Indore containing a small parcel worth Rs. 990/- Reliance courier has lost the courier and after my multiple enquiry at both ahmedabad and indore office after long time told me that they are not responsible and didnot talk to me in any good way. Later on when I asked them to either reimburse the parcel amount or get me the parcel any way, they started violent and abusing way. Later on I had taken a written complaint to Reliance courier and got a sign from them in response to this they sent me a notice blaming me.
I am very much harrassed by the way and behaviour of Reliance courier, sarangpur, Ahmedabad. It has disturbed me in my education as well. I request the authority to take strict action against Reliance courier which can set example, so that no courier company can undertake stealing of courier of customers and if that happens atleast should reply politely to customer.
