I am Sandeep from Bangalore, this is in regards to my wife’s credit card 4346772001755197 in the name of Soumya Kokkanti.

I tried contacting ur executives and managers who did not respond properly. I had taken the settlement and i have cleared it long back, but there was a delay by two months for making the payment.

Even after that i had been to ur bank met ur manager and discussed the issue. They informed me that they wud get back to me in a day or two, but i did not get any response.

The settlement amount was paid completely and even after that i paid around Rs.1500/- twice, that’s bcos ur manger told to pay for 2 months and then only they can get the final settlement.

Till date i haven’t got any response and i wud like to inform u that i will not make any payments. Kindly look into the issue asap and u can get in touch with me on 9880488055.
