I have applied for credit card in the month of oct/nov at navi mumbai. Staff has come in diffrent time and diffrent way of verification at home and many times at our plant.

I have recived call from Madras for further document to handover to their representive (original documents). which I hand over to them . Agaian one staff came to office &he has filled the form duly singed by me and he told me that all verification is over , now whinin 10 days u will recived your card.

Now surprise come again one reps mr Ganesh from icici/franchies came in my office and was asking original paper from me , I told him I alradey handover paper to another staff, to whom I fiiled up farm. Then he started mis behave with me and without my permission he used my mob, because I was bussy in my office work. I asked him why you touch my mob and used Mr Ganesh replied that if u dont permit / or Pay cash to me , mr.khandelwal you will not recived credit card . Than he has given his office no. 02224170428. MR. Ganesh told me that If you are agree than call us. I asked his sr staff no/ name , he told me that Ghyanesh is my sir name. you do complain, nothing is going .

IF things are like that than why Icici are doing all NATAK

pl advice me what action I can take against staff and ICICI
