With respect to your query, we wish to inform you that as requested by you the diseases like brain tumor, total Blindness and Paralysis can not be added into the policy as the same is not a part of the critical Illness rider features.

Why you confusion to customer I Don’t understand?
As per your trailing mail you solved my quarry regarding critical illness as on 21.11.2011. But you dont understand my quarry which i was communicate through various mail dated 12.11.2011,18.10.2011,10.10.2011,21.09.2011,30.09.2011 and much more. In which clear cut mentioned
1.At the time of purchase it is clearly discussion, as well as as per list of deceases show to me by your advisor their are 14 deceases cover for critical illness and surgeries, after that I was agree to purchase the same. (All mentioned in trailing mail also)
2. What is the status of Critical illness cover ?
As per Mahalife gold plan only 06 deceases cover in policy. But before purchase of policy discussed for more than 12 major deceases, which is not cover in my policy documents.(All mentioned in trailing mail also)
After discussion at Aurangabad office with yours team members they assured me we will try their best effort and discuss with their senior’s and will be resolve this matter. The issue is now 02 months old but till date the matter is pending.(All mentioned in trailing mail also)
3.After checking the policy document it is observed it is not as per plan discussion at the time of visit to your office. As per discussion the insurance coverage is up to Rs 2500000/- for husband and wife in yearly premium Rs 60000/-.as a special VIP customer. And for mediclaim 14 type of deceases cover for surgery/operation which is only 6 as per policy document. Accident benefit is twice of Rs 360000/- which is also not reflect in the policy document. (All mentioned in trailing mail also)
Due to above reason i request to you canceled the above mentioned policy document.
My major quarry/problems till date not solved and i am not a satisfied customer as on date.

With reference to your trailing mail here is some queries/clarifications,regarding your mail for,
Critical Illnesses and Surgeries are covered in the policy.
As per your mail their is 06 deceases cover, but my dear madam if you refer my previous various mail regarding cancellation of policy and douts of policy documents, their is clearly mentioned the reason about cancellation of policy due to it is not as per discussion at the time of purchase of policy. I am also attached a file for your referance.
At the time of purchase it is clearly discussion, as well as as per list of deceases show to me by your advisor their are 14 deceases cover for critical illness and surgeries, after that I was agree to purchase the same. The following deceases not cover in my policy.
1. TOTAL BLINDNESS
2. BRAIN TUMOUR
3. PARALYSIS
Except other than above also not some covere remaining which is not remember to me now. And as per policy term you (Customer) can cancelled within 15 days, if it is not as per discussion.I you refer my previous various mails i was also applied for the same. Due to document was not as per contract.
If you talking about Application form and sales illustrations sheet which is duly signed by me & accepting the terms and conditions of the chosen plan it is.You also very well known after understanding the policy terms and condition by customer signed on blank form and for your information illustration sheet was not signed as original signature it is scaned sign.
All the matter solved by your advisor (Govind Bhutada) with good cooperation except the above Critical illeness mattter. Hope this will be also clear by you.

With respect to your query pertaining to Critical illness (Lumpsum Benefit) Rider we wish to inform you that the same has been has been added on the basis of an application form and sales illustrations sheet duly signed by you accepting the terms and conditions of the chosen plan.
We wish to mention some of the features of Critical illness (Lumpsum Benefit) Rider for your kind reference.
* It is a non-participating supplementary contract.
* Premiums are payable until the insured reaches age 65, the maturity of the basic policy, and diagnosis of any of the critical illness or performance of any of the covered surgeries or death of the insured, whichever is earlier.
* Sum assured of the rider is payable upon the Insured’s survival for a period of at least thirty days following diagnosis of any of the critical illnesses or performance of any of the covered surgeries. The basic policy remains in force, unaffected after such a claim payment.
Further we wish to inform you that the following Critical Illnesses and Surgeries are covered in the policy.

After discussion the following points discussed.

The reason behind cancellation of policy is the policy document received to me was not as per discussion with the manage/advisor.
1. Accident death benefit twice of policy amount which is not anywhere mentioned in the policy document, The matter is solved at your aurangabad office by taken a written a application from me, and assure to me it will be added in revised policy document.
2.Second this is the critical illness benefits cover 14 decease will be cover as per list showing at the time of policy purchase. But after receiving policy document it covers only 6 decease which not cover major like paralises,total blindness,……………………
For this matter discussion with Mr Dalal (Development manager) Aurangabad as on 23.09.2011 & assured to me this matter will be discussed with his senior and matter will be solved as early as possible.
3. The additional coverage will be issued for Rs 500000/- as a VIP customer. Which was also not getting to me.
For this matter discussion with Mr Dalal (Development manager) Aurangabad as on 23.09.2011 & assured to me the document will get will 15 days for the same, in another document.
