I have registered my complaint ( Ref No. 129000 ) to Croma Extended Warranty call center for Whirlpool washing machine, on 20th May 2014. Company Technician has came on 21st May 2014 , told us that drum is damaged, need to replace. Next day he suppose to call for further action. there was no reply, I only called to him , he told me to speak to Croma people. On 23 May I called and call center person promised me that case will closed on Tuesday. Today 27th May 14 I called Croma , they told me 1st to deal with company , whatever expense we will bare as spare was not available. My complaint is if I have paid extended warranty Amount, Croma should take responsibility and suppose to solve the issue , instead of running away from responsibilities. They should solve this issue as quick as possible or need to give stand by solution . Because they took responsibility at the time of purchase. Now they inform me to wait till 2nd June 14. But there is no surety.
They need to act fast either they should replace faulty spare or give us new machine , Attached my invoice.
