I have purchased Swipe Monster Tab from Croma outlet on 13th July 2013. Within 20 days it’s Touch Screen started giving problem and also apps are not working properly. I have called Swipe Customer care for the same. They told me to take it to their Service center. I have handover the product to service center Suraj Technologies Pune on 31st Aug 2013.After that when I called to cust. care they told me that they are giving another tab i.e. Swipe Halo Speed tab for the replacement of the same. But till the date I haven’t recieved the another tab. Also not recieved any communication from them.
