Please note that I received a call from Mr. Vishal (as per him he sits in Ahmedabad his mobile no. is 9737266xxx) regarding this problem, he has understood the problem in the refrigerator and assured me to take necessary action soon, surprisingly since then I have not received any communication, today I called him up and requested for the update for replacement of the defected refrigerator, after discussion with him I am shocked to hear from him that replacement is not possible and refrigerator is O.K and this is said without any physical inspection and verification of the refrigerator at my place. I wonder how croma people are being judgemental without any professional approach and handling customer’s complaints in such a casual manner, remember Croma is carrying ethics and legacy of Tata’s of moe than 100 years and these people are ruining the Tata’s image so badly that Croma will loose its seen in customer’s mind (at least one is me). I once again request you to kindly do the needful and replace the defected refrigerator immediately else I will be forced to approach the consumer court for this matter. Trust you should do the needful at the earliest.
