Dear Sir, I had submitted my Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini Pro Mobile for Repairing as it was under extended warranty which comes under Croma on 25th of September 2013. But, Now almost after 3 and the half months, taking many call logs, they have denied me the service due to Low / Nil Liability value available. And now they are saying the repair cost need to be borne by Customer i.e. me. But, the fact is they haven’t told me about their clauses when I bought my cell. In fact, They had told me if I buy extended warranty then manufacturer warranty will be extended to 2 more years. But, when I got problem with my cell after 1 year, I went to Sony’s Service Enter. There I got to know that extended warranty doesn’t come under Manufacturer warranty. But, It is covered by seller. I have explained you all these because I want you to know that they fooled / misguided me from the day when I visited them for the purchase. There’s more worst experience which I would like to share with you. So, please find below the conversation made with Croma’s Service Manger – Vinesh Poojary and their Customer Care Representatives. I’ve attached below Tax Invoice & their Extended warranty Terms which I got from their site. It ‘ll be very grateful of you if you guide me or try to help me out in this situation.
