I had ordered for a 16 gb pen drive ON 19th march, but had been delivered with a 8 gb sandisk pendrive Ref. No. SLE006EC0001728 I had returned it after many phone calls, i got the pickup person to come and collect it. Now after so many days i am still waiting for my 16gb sandisk pen drive new order number RLE006EC0000032. I had not received it yet, i fully understand the company is trying to cheat me and i am not at all satisfied.

I want my money to be refunded and also i would like to receive a compensation of 10,000 from the company. I am very disturbed by the way the company has responded to me
