croma retail (ripple mall surat) – LCD repair complain (EW-90857 is not resolved since after 23 days

I have purchased my LCD from croma retail (ripple mall surat) on 14 jan 2011 with two years extended warrenty(extra payment of 1800 rs).My LCD is not working since 13 july 2013.Technician checked two time but they are not getting faults.To day they told that it will take more 20 days to repair.I rquire to replace my TV.They are not responding to my call & providing very poor service after paying money.all my mail conversatiuon are below: Dear Sarfraj, Greetings from Croma, Thank you for writing to us,We understand that you have not received any update for the query raised earlier.
